  • Theft - if your item or parts of it are stolen they will be replaced
  • Breakdown - if this occurs outside the manufacturers guarantee period
  • International cover – your item will be protected even when abroad
  • Fast claims - usually completed with 48 hours (certain repairs may take longer)

  • Is less than 6 months old
  • Was purchased in the UK, the Isle of Man or The Channel Islands
  • Has a valid proof of purchase (not from an online auction)
